North Eastern Community Hospital has joined FYDO!

We are pleased to welcome North Eastern Community Hospital (NECH) to the FYDO community.

Located in Campbelltown, just 10 kilometres north-east of Adelaide, NECH is a not-for-profit organisation providing high-quality care through both its private acute care hospital and residential aged care facility. With a strong commitment to compassion, respect, and community, NECH delivers a comprehensive range of medical, surgical, orthopaedic, gastroenterological, and gynaecological services—supported by modern infrastructure and a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

The hospital’s 60-bed facility features private room accommodation, two operating theatres, two gastroenterology procedure rooms, and an eight-bed day surgery unit. As a community-focused organisation, NECH reinvests all profits into enhancing services, upgrading technology, and investing in their people—ensuring continuous improvement in patient care.

Following a smooth and collaborative onboarding process, NECH has now successfully transitioned to FYDO. The migration included the secure transfer of existing data from their previous system, as well as comprehensive training delivered both before and after go-live. NECH’s team worked closely with our implementation specialists to ensure a seamless and confident transition to their new patient administration system.

Now fully operational with FYDO, NECH is already experiencing improved efficiency across core administrative processes. As a cloud-based, user-friendly platform, FYDO provides weekly updates, ensuring that users always have access to the latest features and enhancements. With intuitive workflows, built-in checklists, and smart automation, the platform is helping reduce administrative burden and enhance data accuracy—allowing staff to focus more time on patient care
